Capital: The Finance Club

The Capital Club at IIFT aims to generate interest and be the platform for fine-tuning skills of the students pertaining to areas of Corporate Finance, Investments, Valuations, and Banking and Financial markets.

Finance as a discipline is one of the most sought after streams by any B-school students. It encompasses varied issues like Macroeconomic policy decisions, International Trade Finance, Union Budget analysis, Basel amendments etc.

Capital arranges knowledge sharing sessions and intellectual discussions on these pertinent issues. Students also share their presentations to the class on their topics of interest and expertise.
Quizzes and Competitions are held regularly to encourage the members to learn new concepts and also to make them competent to perform in inter-B school management fests.

Capital also conducts finance related events during IIFT's management festival - Advait. During Advait 2012, Vivran (Equity Research Competition) was organised by Capital.

InFINeeti is the quarterly Finance Magazine published at IIFT.
